My dad has never been on a proper RV flight. The first time we went up was right after I cracked through the 40 hour test phase, where we went to York, PA (KTHV) for lunch. Earlier this year we were on a short trip to Lancaster, PA (KLNS) when my GPS's freaked out. Instead of continuing on, I cut the trip short and we went to York instead. So I owed him a real trip this time. Cambridge, MD (KCBE) is half way down the Eastern shore of MD. The flight is very scenic with great views of the Chesapeake Bay and the rivers that come off of it to the east. Cambridge also has a great airport restaurant, with excellent MD crab cakes. My buddy Jack flew with me down and back and we made a great day out of it. Here is a video I put together of some of the day's footage:
