I finished making my gust locks today. Here is the rudder lock And the elevator lock I trimmed all of the excess metal down and put a #20 hole in the tab which extends from one side. This hole will be used to attach a red "Remove Before Flight" ribbon. I bought a 5-pack of these ribbons off of Amazon for like $4. I also labeled each control stop because they are specifically fitted for each control surface. While I was going out to Michigan and coming back, I noticed the autopilot started to osculate its pitch. It was very minor, but definitely detectable. I read the TruTrack manual and they made mention to set the "HALF-STEP" option to "Y" if you operate an airplane which has sensitive controls. Lastly tonight I needed the ability to possibly hang a suit in the baggage area of the RV. I made a quick bracket out of some scrap 3/8" aluminum tubing.
