In preparation for joining the center section to the aft fuselage, I had to enlarge the slots on the bulkheads where the longeron passes through. For some reason, these come about 1/32" too skinny for the longeron to pass through. A dremel with a cutoff wheel worked well, tested with some of the scrap longeron. I got my girlfriend to help me out riveting. She picked it up right away and we banged through almost all of the skin. I'd say we did about 300 rivets tonight, with another 60 or so to go. I bucked all of the rivets by laying on a creeper and using a headlamp to illuminate everything. It wasn't the most comfortable position to be in for 2 hours.
