I finally had a full night dedicated to the firewall, and it shows. First off was to make this angle out of a stock piece of 063.  After a lot of drilling and a ton of countersinking, I deburred everything that needed to be primed and then alumiprepped it. I need to get this primed tomorrow morning - it is supposed to rain for the next 4 or more days.
