It got too late to keep on riveting the bottom wing skin so I moved onto something quieter. I cut the two chunks of thick angle from the 12" stock provided. And yes, that is a hacksaw in the picture that I used to make these things. I know a lot of builders have bandsaws, but I can't really justify one. Its not the cost, because the cheapo delta's run about $99, but rather it is the storage space it take up. I don't really have anywhere to store a bandsaw - it won't fit in my toolbox, and it won't fit below the workbench. Plus, I have the advantage of access to the metalshop at work, so when I gotta have a bandsaw, its only a 20 min drive away.
