Before I got to work on my spar, I drove over to local RV builder Jack Savage's house to borrow his long backriveting set and backriveting bucking bar for use on the top skins. Thanks a lot Jack - your OK, even if your building an -8!  Next I spent 45 minutes in the COLD garage countersinking. I got through the bottom side of the left spar before I called it quits. Its not worth rushing this and messing up a spar somehow. With some free time this evening, I ordered up some LEDS and IC's for my homegrown LED strobe lights. A couple of local builders and myself are excited to see if this will work. Good way to delete the expensive strobe power supply and save some pounds.
