The outboard capacitive sensor plate needs to be trimmed to keep proper distance from the stiffeners. I think you need 3/16" or more. All trimmed up. Next I put a hole in the inboard rib for the BNC connector. Doh! I accidentally put a #30 hole in the wrong place. Luckily, with a AN470AD4-? rivet, it will be just fine. No interference issues with the washer for the tank vent hole. Next I used the flycutter to make my access holes. This new drill press is really a treat. Next I used the access plate to match drill the #8 screws. Finally, I made 2 antirotation brackets for the fuel pickup tube.
