I finished cutting all of the stiffeners without any more incidents. I then did a quicky deburring operation on them. Next I labeled, clecoed, and match drilled the stiffeners. I took this pic to remind me if I forgot the orientation of the stiffeners. I found the instructions of the capacitive fuel sensors to be vague. It says to match drill all holes to #20. Well, I don't have a 20 bit, and I think it is for a #8 screw, so #19 sufficed for this. There is one hole in the upper corner that shouldn't be drilled to the rib. I of course deduced this after adding a lightening #19 hole to one of the ribs.
