After 11 years I finally got sick of the hex head screw I had here and the backwards way I needed a cut down allen wrench to tighten it. I notched the fiberglass and metal here to make it easier for a normal bolt to be used. I noticed a ring in my brake disk. It looks like a piece of metal became embedded in the disk, which was actually slightly protruding away from the face of the disk. I sanded where the metal was embedded within the disk and eventually I was able to pop it out. It did do some damage to the brake pad. I have a new set on it's way. I noticed one of my wheels was slightly out of balance in the last few flights. Looks like I lost a weight or two, and another one is on it's way to fall off. I added "Balance Tires" to the annual checklist. It seems every year the list keeps getting longer by 1-2 entries.
