It was time to move the canopy back into the garage to be primed and have the pinholes filled in. It was an absolute joy to work on this in the basement, but that time is over. I wanted to install the canopy on the airframe to check the clearance between it and the rear window one last time. The gap on the front is a little ugly, but I think I can make a custom seal with some pro-seal that will fill the gap and make this way more water tight. Good news is the canopy doesn't catch on the front skin anymore! Here is the truly great news for the night. The gap between the canopy and the rear window is like 1/16" or less. It looks perfect. I am super stoked and excited. It couldn't be better. Now the rear window can come out to have the front edge finished off, and the rollbar can be painted and installed permanently. Another shot. I love the way this looks. It looks fast even without wings and in the garage. Notice: Undefined variable: categoryid in /Websites/rvplane.com/public_html/main.php on line 160
