Tonight I filled parts of the panel that had pinholes with some Rage Gold and sanded down some other parts what were a little rough looking. The rougher spots I started with 400 grit and worked up to 600 grit, and then the whole panel I went over with 600 followed by 1500 grit paper. I then wiped the dust off with a clean rag then quickly did a once-over with a rag soaked in Lacquer thinner. Lacquer Thinner does a nice job about not attacking JetFlex. Acetone will really take off JetFlex in a hurry, especially when it isn't fully dried. Once the panel was prepped, I sprayed another coat of paint onto it. It looks pretty good. I see two areas that need some pinhole relief. The panel also picked up a little bit of dust. I am going to test to see if 1500 grit paper will take the dust off. It's getting there!
