Although not a lot of work was accomplished tonight, I did spend a ton of time determining the best way to route the wire to the bottom of the pilot stick. There are a number of ways to accomplish this, but I feel like this routing is the best in terms of safety. Because of the adel clamp securing the wire, there is no way for the wire to loop around any of the pushrods. If you notice the nylon wire wrap looks ratty, it is because it is just a temporary piece to make sure everything fits right.

Next I secured the stick wires to the wire bundle o the bottom of the seat ribs and then I made a 3/8" hole through the crotch belt supports.

And here is the final routing. I would of done more tonight, but the male pins I had weren't right. Plus I didn't have a circle plastic pin extractor. Tomorrow I will remedy both of those situations at work. However, I did run a test wire for the Push-to-Talk button and it worked perfectly.
