So it's Friday the 13th and what do I decide to do? Try to life up the fuselage 2' my myself. Sounds like a plan that can't fail eh? Well, it wasn't that big if a deal. I used my jack to lift up the wood stand I made, and then slid cinder blocks under the legs. Took about 15 minutes. Here is the super stable setup I used to jack! It was actually somewhat stable. Not recommended, but I was hellbent to get it done. I didn't take any pictures, but I put the engine mount on then tried to get the gear legs on. I needed to sand and sand and sand the powder coat off the gear legs where it interfered with the engine mount. I had it nice and greased up with AeroShell 5 grease to help it along. It took a long time, but I got them in. With them in, I worked on a more final cutout of the bottom corners of the firewall. They turned out perfect.
