These rudder fairings are taking way more time than I though they would. One thing I found out is with the Avery fairing, you can't remove the rudder cable once the fairings are in place! Too late to do anything about it now, and I don't see myself replacing them all that often. Hell, if I needed to, I would just drill out the 6 rivets and pull the cable. Since its two pieces of metal coming together, I decided to prime where the two overlap. I dimpled all of the holes, installed some MK319-BS rivets and called the fairings done!
