I started out tonight by finishing up riveting the hinges to the aft seat floors. The next thing on the list was the tunnel cover, but for some reason I felt like working on the seats. So, I started by cutting the 0.063" and 0.125" angles - 4 of each. Next the .125 angle needs to be modified. One side needs to be notched to accommodate the hinge thickness. Another needs to be radiused 3/8". It just so happens a penny also has that radius, so I got one of my templates out of the change drawer. Here everything is prepped. Believe it or not, this took most of the night.
