Primed 35 stiffeners, 2 skins and 3 pitot tube mounting brackets tonight. I really lucked out because I guessed the amount of primer I needed exactly! I hate wasting it, but I hate coming up short even more. Just as a gauge, I used 200 mL of AKZO tonight.

In case you have noticed, I primed the skins and stiffeners before I match drilled them. The reason behind that is that if I match drilled all of those stiffeners, then I need to label all of them before priming. Then I have to worry about the ones that I can't see the label on after priming. Get my drift? Seemed way easier to prime then drill IMHO.

Because I was celebrating it getting warmer last week, of course it got very cold again this week. So the primer is taking its sweet old time drying. With a little time left to burn in the shop, I went onto making another bending brake. The one I made for the elevators was just long enough for the elevators, and too short for the ailerons.
