While I was waiting for the leading edge parts to dry from priming prep, I decided to finish deburring the parts for the tank. The baffles are cut very roughly and needed some good going over with. I am depending on files more and more as well as course and medium emery cloth for deburring skins. I get very good results a lot faster. Notice the scuff marks on the back of the baffles where they adhere to the ribs on the tank. This is to promote adhesion.
