I know a lot of people have felt like this about their trim tab! I was throwing out the old ones that were fatally wounded.  I spent some time dimpling and deburring and then fabricated this riblet. It took two tried. I used the skins of an old trim tab for the material - 0.020" I believe. I used a template and some hand seamers to make this little dude.  Another shot. I think this one is good to go after some triming to make room for the spar.
