When I switched from my old audio panel to the PDA360EX, I noticed that the audio passthrough functionality wasn't working that well when the audio panel was off for COM1. It's supposed to pass through full volume audio to the pilot in case the audio panel fails or is off. I can hear the relays click on and off for this functionality, but the volume is extremely low. For example, when the engine is not running, I can barely hear anything on COM1 with my GTN650's volume CRANKED. I called up PS Engineering and they knew exactly what it was right away. They say I had my Left and right channels swapped. I pulled up the pin assignment diagram and it looked like it was as simple as switched the pins 16 and 31 on the J2 connector. Sure enough, that worked! Easy fix, I like those.
