I received the PMAG back from EMAGAir and installed it tonight. It timed perfectly this time. I did a runup and all systems looked good. I put the cowl back on and blasted off. It was a great night to fly with a marvelous sunset.

Hmm, I figured this would happen. My EGT probes looked pretty gnarly when I removed them with the tips looking like they might be wearing out. It didn't take long for one of them to start to fail. In other news, the new EFIS's worked perfectly along with the new B&C alternator.

Lastly, I plated around with a iPad mini as my new tablet to run Garmin Pilot on. My Nexus 7 has become almost too slow to use anymore due to OS updates and Garmin Pilot requiring more resources. The iPad mini with an antiglare film worked quite well in the RV.
