I couldn't be happier with how my work from last night turned out. The overlap looks perfect. After I trimmed the overlap, I drilled it to the fuselage with a #40 hole for now. Eventually this will be opened up to a #6 screw. I think this is the only attachment point I will need to secure the upper intersection fairing. The fairing seems very secure to the fuselage. I do have a few gaps between the fairing and the fuselage I needed to fill. I mixed up some flox and applied it to the inside of the fairing. I then reinstalled the fairing to the fuselage and the flox oozed out. I wiped up what I could, and filled in the spaces that need more. I am extremely happy with how all of this is turning out.
