Today I needed to drill the wheelpants bracket to full size #19 holes for #8 screws.  Since I added the flox buildup inside, the bracket needed to be slightly re-bent. This caused the holes to move slightly.   I decided to just live with the "swiss cheese" look of the wheelpants bracket for now and tossed on some nutplates.   Finally the wheelpants held on with their final hardware.
