The weather this week just hasn't cooperated for working on the top cowl. All summer long we have been in a complete drought, and now, when I have time to work on the project the rain and humidity have hit! In the early evening tonight the humidity was just right, and I was able to sand the cowl and fill in some additional missed pinholes. My primer/microballoon/brush technique seems to be filling in the pinholes nicely. I also had some slight buildups to do on the air intakes which required some Rage Gold. By the end of the night I think I am very close to having all of the pinholes filled in. The humidity in the late evening rose too high for me to do any more sanding or priming, but hopefully tomorrow during the day it will cooperate with me a little better.
