I took the two doublers to work and trimmed them up on the bandsaw. Whatever grade these things are made out of is very strong. The slim scrap leftovers from the these doublers was hard to bend.  Man, I did a lot of work today and absolutely nothing to show for it. I counted out how many parts needed to be prepped and primed on these bulkheads - 50. I made it through 43 of the parts tonight.
