I got my manometer back and hooked it up to the left tank tonight. The level fell about 1" over 45 minutes. I did record that the barometric pressure is increasing, which could cause the problem. If it is not that, hopefully it is something easy to fix - fuel cap, vent tube caps, etc. If is is a leak, it is very very small.
