Over the last couple of days I have been building up the fiberglass extension on the back of the plenum to meet up with the contours of Van's baffles. I think this is more or less perfect. I recently ran out of the slow hardener and switched over to the quick hardener. Wow! What a difference. The quick stuff is really where it's at. Its fully cured in about 12 hours. The slow stuff took a day or two.
