I am ever so slowly working myself to the end of the tedious work on the wing ribs. Tonight I went back to all of the ribs and checked the flanges to be perpendicular to the web, and then refluted as necessary. After that, I decided to enlarge some the the holes on the first 10 ribs for future use. I enlarged the top and bottom holes to 3/8", and left the middle hole at 7/16". Now I am ready for whatever the future may hold, or nothing at all. I feel a lot better now about the choice I made.

I scuffed up all of the left ribs and then washed them off with water to get the dust off. Wow, how the hell did all of that eat up my whole night? I can't wait to be done with these ribs!!!

This is my conduit holes for stuff around the pitot. Left and right holes are 3/8", and the middle is the one that came with the rib -- 7/16".
