Made a lot of progress today. I got home relatively early from NYC, rested a little and then got a solid couple of hours in the shop. I was able to polish off all of the main ribs and 2 of the leading edge ribs. The leading edge ribs go much much faster than the main ribs...thank god. 30 down, 24 to go. I think that 2 hours of deburring is about all my fingers can take. I can just feel a blister on my thumb wanting to pop out from when I used sandpaper and the scotchbrite pad.
